Time passes slowly
Clock hands float
Slowly moving between the hours
And here I sit, I wait
My mind mixes memories and dreams
past and future
trapping me in a confusing cloud
of hope and disappointment
The mechanical sound, silence of the wage earner
who tries to place his mind in the job
while his volatile heart
escapes looking for meaning
And the depth of my nausea
that evokes my present state
attributing fears
promising courage
